So lately I’ve been a little hectic… to say the least: for the past two weeks, I wake up and spend the ENTIRE afternoon in the graphics lab, until class time at 5:30 until 9, and then run off to practice for Mystique of the East until 12am… then I can finally eat dinner. Crazy, huh?

So today, I was finally able to have a few minutes to actually cook dinner. My roommie and I made, from scratch , microwaved teriyaki chicken, and sides of oriential veggies, and buttery pasta …. some good stuff considering we can only cook with a microwave.

I then ran to practice for about 2 1/2 hours…. when I finally got back at like 1:30am, I made dessert: cookie dough ice cream, sandwiched in pizzelles, garnished with microwaved marshmallows and dark chocolate. It was really good!

… talk about FOOD BABIES!!!
